I. Organizational change
The organizational structure will be modified effective June 1, 2007 as follows:
Objectives and change
To discontinue production and sales of CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) Systems considering the future business opportunity and business profitability
The CMP Division will be closed and the following service and task will be transferred to the Core Technology Center:
- After-sales service of sold systems and sales of repair parts
- Application and employment of CMP related technology
II. Personnel change
The following personnel changes of Directors and Executive Officers will be implemented:
