  3. A waterproof body of maximum durability for observation even under conditions of wind, rain or fog.

These two flagship Nikon binoculars are indispensable for high performance applications, especially for hard-core outdoor users including bird-watchers, astronomical observers and anyone else who demands the finest in optical performance.

Major features

  1. Clearer, more dramatic views
High reflection mirror and phase correction coatings on the prism reflective surface and multilayer coatings on lenses and prisms increase light transmission, brighten viewfield image and raise resolution power.
  2. Higher visual fidelity
Eyepiece design assures maximum image flattening, for a sharp, crystal-clear image free of distortion, blurring and color smear throughout the entire image.
  3. Superior waterproofing and durability
Binocular bodies are filled with dry nitrogen gas to eliminate the possibility of internal condensation due to temperature differences.
  4. As easy as possible to use
The diopter locking system prevents inadvertent adjustments deviating from your chosen setting. The turn-and-slide eyepiece is especially easy for eyeglasses wearers to use. Also, it allows precise eyepoint adjustment and a perfect fit for every viewer.
  5. Non-slip, easy to hold
Rubber protein-compound coated body assures comfortable, non-slip gripping. Ergonomic body shape assures easy handling and control.
  6. High eyepoint design for eyeglass wearers
The eye relief (distance between eye and eyepiece at which the entire field of view is clear) is long, making it easy for eyeglass wearers to obtain a wide field of view.
