Inverted MicroscopeECLIPSE TS100/100-F for Epi-fluorescence Observations

An inverted microscope for routine culture and lab tests

Nikon’s unique Apodized Phase Contrast objectives improve observations of fine structures. In addition to phase contrast, this model supports various microscopy techniques, including epi-fluorescence and HMC.
  • First time the CFI60 CF corrected infinity optics have been introduced in this class of microscope
  • Eyepiece tube angle and eyepoint height are optimally set allowing natural viewing posture either standing or sitting
  • A low, 195mm high stage with a front window where the objective can be viewed
  • Coaxial coarse/fine focus knob for precise focusing even at high magnifications
  • Easily rotated quintuple nosepiece
For epi-fluorescence observations
This microscope can perform epi-fluorescence imaging with 12V-50W mercury illumination, which is extremely useful in many situations, such as investigating GFP expression. The microscope can accommodate two filter blocks at once, which enables two types of epi-fluorescence imaging by switching the blocks. B, G, and UV (optional) excitation methods are supported. (UV excitation is performed by removing the UV filter in from the lamphouse.)
