If you are a California “consumer” within the meaning of the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) (“CCPA”), this Addendum for California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA Addendum”) applies to you.
1. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information

- Length of Time We Intend to Retain Information. We will retain each category of personal information described above for the period necessary to process it, except to the extent that we are required by law to retain it for a longer period of time, in which case, we will retain it for the period required by law. In regard to the storage period of cookies, please see our Cookie Notices mentioned in Section 2 of this notice.
- Business or Commercial Purposes. The business or commercial purposes for which your personal information will be collected or used are as described in Section 3 of this notice.

B. Sale or Sharing of Your Personal Information
We have not sold consumer information for any monetary value. However, our use of cookies, advertising and tracking technologies on our website may constitute “sharing” under certain California law. We have shared the following categories of Personal Information with our advertising providers and partners: Identifiers, Non-specific Geolocation Data, and Internet Activity Information. We do not knowingly sell or share the Personal Information of minors under 18. To opt-out of targeted advertising, please use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link at the bottom of our home page. We also recognize opt-out preference signals contained in HTTP header fields.
C. Disclosure of Your Personal Information for a Business Purpose
The table below describes: (i) the categories of personal information that we may have disclosed in connection with our business operations (i.e., business purposes) during the 12-month period prior to the effective date of this Addendum; and (ii) the categories of third parties to whom we have disclosed personal information in connection with our business operations (i.e., business purposes) during the 12-month period prior to the effective date of this Addendum.

Business or Commercial Purpose. The following is a list of the business or commercial purposes for which personal information was disclosed during the 12-month period prior to the effective date of this Addendum:
- Dealing with inquiries about our business activities and products;
- Storing and distributing videos, and acquiring various video logs;
- Sending you promotional messages and advertisements about products you may like, and
- Storing information and logs of web servers.
2. Your rights and requests
Notwithstanding Section 7 of this notice, if you are a California consumer, you have certain rights regarding your personal information, as described below:

(a)Access: You have the right to request, twice in a 12-month period, that we disclose to you the following information we have collected, used, and disclosed about you:
- (i)The categories of personal information we collected about you;
- (ii)The categories of sources from which we collected such personal information;
- (iii)The business or commercial purpose(s) for collecting such personal information;
- (iv)The categories of third parties with whom we disclosed such Personal Information; and
- (v)The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- (b)Deletion: You have the right to request that we delete certain personal information we collected from you.
- (c)Correction: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- (d)Right to Opt-out of Sales or Sharing: You have the right to opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your Personal Information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. To request to opt-out of sales or sharing, please use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link at the bottom of our home page. We also recognize opt-out preference signals contained in HTTP header fields.

Verifying Requests.
To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we will take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your personal information or complying with your request for deletion or correction.
Upon receiving a request from you for access, deletion, or correction, we first will verify your identity, by requiring you to submit information necessary to verify your identity, such as your name and e-mail address, depending on the service provided, and by matching the information you provide with what we already have on file.
If you use an authorized agent to make a request for access, deletion, or correction on your behalf, we may require the authorized agent to provide proof that you gave the agent signed permission to make the request. Also, we may require you to either (1) verify your own identity directly with us (as described above), or (2) directly confirm to us that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.
Additional Information.
If you exercise any of your rights under the CCPA, you have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment from us. To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, we may charge a reasonable fee to comply with your request.
Web Browser Signals.
To the extent that your browser broadcasts a "Do Not Track" signal, our website does not recognize "Do Not Track" signals. However, our website does recognize opt-out preference signals contained in HTTP header fields.
3. Changes to this CCPA Addendum
We review and may change this Addendum from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page states when this Addendum was last updated; any changes will become effective upon us posting the revised CCPA Addendum.
