Nikon to Support “15th FINA World Swimming Championships (25m)”

TOKYO - Nikon Corporation (Nikon) is pleased to announce its official partnership with the Fédération International de Natation (FINA) at the 15th FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) (December 16 to 21, 2021 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates).

As an official FINA partner, the Nikon logo will be conspicuous throughout, appearing on the men's bibs, photographers' bibs and at the pool side during the event. In addition, for the professional photographers covering this event, Nikon Middle East FZE will set up a service depot of Nikon Professional Services (NPS) to offer support and services, including equipment inspections, cleaning, minor repairs and the loan of equipment.

The FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) is a prestigious biennial aquatic sports event governed by FINA, which has 209 member federations. Exciting events featuring top athletes from around the world are expected. Nikon first partnered with FINA in 2007 and has supported the FINA World Championships, and the FINA World Swimming Championships (25m), ever since. With Nikon's respect for athletes, who continuously challenge their own limits, and its wish to enhance its presence worldwide, Nikon will continue to support international sporting events.
