Establishment of the new financial HQs in the Asia and Oceania region

Nikon Corporation (KIMURA, Makoto, President, Tokyo Japan) establishes Nikon Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. as the financial headquarters in the Asia and Oceania region on June 3, 2013.
Nikon has continued to promote the integrated system of full authority and responsibilities for each product business unit on a global basis since the introduction of its in-house company structure in October 1999. As business opportunities in the Asia and Oceania region are expanding, it has become more important for the group companies in the region to manage finance, accounting, legal affairs and tax effectively under the integrated direction. This led to establishment of the new company.
